What is a workspace?+
A workspace is an isolated PipeGears environment for one customer. It has its own data connections, credentials, MCP endpoint, applications, and monitoring dashboard. No data or credentials are shared between workspaces.
Can I switch between plans?+
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
What counts as an "event"?+
An event is a single trigger execution: one flow run, one scheduled pickup, one webhook received. Data transformations and internal gear operations within a flow don't count as separate events.
What if I exceed my plan limits?+
We'll notify you before you hit your limit. Overage is billed at a per-unit rate. No surprise shutoffs. Contact us for overage pricing.
What's the difference between Entry and Growth?+
Growth includes the Bridge Agent for on-prem access, advanced transformation pipelines, custom integration playbooks, and priority support. If your customers have systems behind a firewall, you need Growth.
Do you charge per transaction or per API call?+
No. Pricing is per workspace, per month. There are no per-transaction fees, no per-API-call charges, and no surprise overages. You pay a flat monthly rate per workspace.
What does Canadian data residency mean?+
All PipeGears infrastructure runs in Canadian data centers. Your data never leaves Canada. This is relevant for Quebec Law 25 compliance and for EU organizations, as Canada has EU adequacy status, meaning data can flow from the EU without Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).
What support is included?+
All plans include email support with business-hours response times. Enterprise plans include priority support with a dedicated contact and faster SLAs.
